If you are an on-campus student, email me through bibusc@wcjc.edu. I check that account once a
day. I attempt to answer all emails each day the college is in session and usually
at the beginning of the day.
If you are a distance-learning student, email me
through your Blackboard Course. I check that email account a minimum of once
each day and attempt to answer all emails each day. I check briefly once over
the weekend to see if any student has some emergency. If a test is available
over a weekend, I check in both days.
